    Productivity Applications

    · Image Bank

    Is a product developed for enterprise wide document image management, and viewing. Designed as a Client Server product, it enables remote clients to connect over networks supporting TCPIP protocol, to a central or distributed databases.

    The software has four components, namely, Enterprise Manager, Image Bank Server, Image Bank teller and Image Bank Teller Client

    • Enterprise Manager : This is used for managing connectivity between different servers.

    • Image Bank Server : Image Bank Server runs on Win NT 4.0 server and is SQL Server 7.0 compliant. This is the image repository. The Server module deploys an object oriented Database engine that allows easily extensible implementations of any application.
       

    • Image Bank Client : The client is Win 9x compliant. Multiple clients can be used to capture signatures and other documents and create data simultaneously.
    It is also used for Verifying signatures, purging backup, User management and other such administrative tasks.

  • Image Bank Teller Client

    This client is Win 9x compliant software that allows the user to view the signatures and other associated documents like board resolutions, etc. the signatures and other images are retrieved from local or remote Image Bank server depending on the information provided by the Local Account Master.

    This is a resource Life Cycle Management Systems which tracks the resource lifecycle from the time of resume capture till the time the resource exits from an organization. It also has a performance- tracking module.
